Permanent holiday lighting · Seasonal Christmas installs · Landscape lighting

Your calendar, packed with lighting jobs before the season starts.

We generate exclusive homeowner leads for lighting installers — real people who have already asked to see their home lit up and want a price. You send the mockup. You quote. You install. You get paid.

How it works

We run the ads, handle the homeowner, and hand you a job that's ready to quote.

  1. 01

    We lock your territory

You tell us the ZIP codes you actually want to drive to. We stop selling that area to anyone else.

  2. 02

    We run the campaigns

Paid social, search and local placements built specifically for holiday and landscape lighting buyers — plus the landing pages and follow-up behind them.

  3. 03

    We qualify the homeowner

They submit their address, tell us what they want lit, and ask for a mockup and pricing. No request, no lead — we don't pass on window shoppers.

  4. 04

You get it in real time

Text and email the moment it lands, with the property details, the scope they asked for, and their contact info.

  5. 05

You mock it up and close

The mockup, the quote and the sale are yours — we never price a job or speak for your company. You own the customer for every season after this one.

Three ways to pay

Pick the one that matches your appetite for risk. All three are territory-exclusive.

Tier 1

Pay Per Lead

$50/ qualified lead

Lowest cost per opportunity. Best if you close well.

  • Flat $50 per qualified homeowner lead
  • A lead = homeowner who asked for a mockup and pricing
  • Exclusive to you — never shared
  • Full contact details, address and requested scope
  • Delivered by text and email in real time
  • Replacement credit for invalid or unreachable leads

Best for: established crews with a salesperson and a proven close rate.

Tier 3

Revenue Share

35%of job value

Doesn't come out of your profit — it goes on top of the quote.

  • Zero upfront cost, zero risk
  • We take 35% of jobs we generate
  • Build the 35% into the quote — the customer covers it
  • Your margin per job stays exactly where you set it
  • We only earn when you earn
  • Ideal for scaling fast without ad spend

Best for: newer companies, or anyone who wants growth without cash out of pocket.

About the 35% — read this part

The revenue share is not a cut of your profit. You price the job the way you always would, then add our 35% on top before you present it. The homeowner pays the final number, you keep your full margin, and we get paid out of the increase. That's why this tier costs you nothing to start: nobody pays us until a homeowner signs.

What actually counts as a lead

We hand over interested homeowners. The mockup, the pricing and the sale stay with you.

A lead is

  • A homeowner in your territory
  • Who submitted their property address
  • Who asked to see a mockup of their home lit up
  • Who wants pricing and expects your call
  • With a working phone number and email
  • For permanent, seasonal, or landscape lighting

A lead is not

  • A name scraped off a list
  • A cold contact who never asked for anything
  • A renter with no authority to buy
  • A fake number or dead email
  • Someone outside your service area
  • The same lead we also sold to your competitor

Questions installers ask

Are the leads exclusive?

Yes. Every lead goes to one installer — you. We also cap how many companies we work with per metro, so we're not just splitting the same demand between clients.

What if a lead is garbage?

Wrong number, duplicate, out of area, or clearly not a real request — flag it within 48 hours and it's credited. We're not interested in billing you for junk.

On pay per job, how do you know a job closed?

You report it, and we reconcile against the leads we sent. Most clients just connect their CRM or send us a weekly list. It runs on trust plus a paper trail, and it's in the agreement.

Do you make the mockup or send the quote?

No. We generate and qualify the interest — the homeowner tells us what they want lit and asks for a price. Everything after that is yours: the mockup, the quote, the sale, the install. We never price a job or speak to your customer on your behalf.

Won't adding 35% to my quote lose me the sale?

It's a real trade-off, and it's why we offer three models. These homeowners came in asking to see their house lit up, so they're shopping for the right look rather than the cheapest bid — but if your market is price-sensitive or the job is already tight, pay per lead or the flat $750 per job will cost you far less. Use revenue share when you'd rather have zero risk than the lowest rate.

Do you do permanent lighting as well as seasonal?

Both, plus landscape lighting. Permanent track systems tend to carry the highest ticket, seasonal drives volume, and landscape lighting fills your shoulder seasons so your crew isn't idle in April.

When should I start?

Earlier than feels natural. Homeowners start searching in late summer and the best territories are claimed before October. Permanent lighting and landscape sell year-round.

Is there a long contract?

No multi-year lock-in. We hold your territory as long as you're active, and you can pause between seasons.

Tell us where you install and which pricing model you want. If your area is still open, we'll get you live — usually within a few days.
